Head of lettuce
1 C sliced celery
6 large boiled eggs
1 C frozen Peas
Chopped Green Pepper
8 Green Onions
Can of sliced water chestnuts
4 Bacon slices cooked and crumbled

Sour Cream Dressing
1 C sour cream
1 C mayo
2 T sugar


Directions:

Arrange lettuce on bottom of 9x9 glass baking dish
layer next 7 ingredients

Spoon the dressing on top of salad and sprinkle with grated cheese then some bacon
