10 oz water chestnuts drained
¼ C Soya sauce
¼ C brown sugar
8 bacon slices half cooked

Directions:

Marinate water chestnuts in Soya sauce for 1 hour stirring often remove and roll in sugar wrap in bacon and secure with toothpicks arrange on cookie sheet and bake in 400F for 20 min till bacon is cooked. May also be broiled..
