2 slices bread torn
1 1/4 c milk, DIVIDED
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp pepper
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 lb. grd beef
2 Tbsp cooking oil
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup- undiluted.

Directions:
In a bowl, soak bread in 1/4 c milk for 2 minutes. Add eggs, seasonings, & onion. Mix well. Stir in beef. Shape into 1 inch balls. In a skillet, brown meatballs in oil, drain. Combine soup & remaining milk. Pour over meatballs. Stir until sauce is heated. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350º for 25 mins or until hot & bubbly.
