1 1/2 lb. chopped meat
8 pieces white bread--crust removed
1 c milk
2 eggs
parsley (chopped)
garlic to taste (chopped)
1 medium onion chopped
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

Put the bread (crusts removed) in bowl and cover
with milk. Let bread absorb milk while you are
preparing the meat mixture.

Put meat in large bowl and add eggs, parsley, garlic, onion, cheese, salt and pepper. Squeeze the milk out of the bread and add to the meat mixture and mix together well. Using a tablespoon form the meatballs. You can either brown them in a frying pan and then put into your sauce or you can put directly into hot sauce.
