2 lb or more economy piece of pork with bone.
8 cups of sliced Asian mustard greens Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil a 2 lb or more economy piece of pork with bone in a pot of boiling water, add 2 T of salt. Cover and simmer until pork is tender and falling off the bone. Add 8 cups of thumb length Asian mustard greens and salt and pepper to taste. Sold at most farmers markets by Hmong farmers. Simmer for 10 minutes, Serve with rice.
