9 cups Chex Cereal
1 bag (6 ounce) semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Measure cereal into bowl and set aside. Microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter on high uncovered for one minute then stir and microwave for 30 more seconds or until smoothed when stirred. Add vanilla. Pour mix over cereal. Pour into large zip lock bag with powdered sugar and shake until well coated. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
