1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, beaten egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Form into a loaf and place in a shallow 7x10 pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over loaf. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes basting occasionally.
