Ingredients:  
1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
3/4 c. dry or soft bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. allspice
3/4 tsp. corn starch

Gravy:
2-4 tbsp. fat
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. water
2 beef boullion cubes
Dash pepper
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all meatball ingredients and shape into 24-26 balls. Drop balls in hot fat and brown well. Transfer to plate. Make gravy by mixing flour and fat in hot griddle. Add water, beef boullion and spices. Cook until smooth. Add meatballs and simmer for 30 minutes.

May want to try adding 3/4 c. whipping cream to the gravy.

This can be cooked, refrigerated or frozen, and reheated.
