1 cup sugar
3 beaten egg yolks
3 egg whites
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1/3 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar and beaten egg yolks together. Then beat egg whites in a separate bowl until soft peeks. Fold into the egg yolk mixture. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. It will be really thick. Then add the water and fold this also until incorporated. Put into loaf pan and bake 30 min. at 350º. Tooth pick should come out clean. Take out of pan and Let cool. When cooled cut into 1 inch slices then in 1/2 again. Make a powdered sugar frosting and have some crushed peanuts in bowl. spread frosting on bar and roll in peanuts. It is really messy but if they are for yourself you can lick your fingers often.
