2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. buttermilke
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. melted butter (do not omit)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs and buttermilk together. Mix dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture. Add melted butter last. Fry on griddle.

Make sure the dry ingredients are measured exactly correct.

For waffles: Separate the egg whites/yolks. Stir the yolk into the batter. Beat the whites until soft peaks form and fold into batter.
