1 package regular frozen tator tots
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
4 eggs
1 c. cream
Salt and pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Monteray Jack cheese
2 cups ham (cubed)

Directions:
Directions:
Layer tator tots in a 9 x 13 inch pyrex baking dish and pour melteed butter over the top. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Beat eggs, cream, salt and pepper together. Pour over top of tator tops. Add cheese and ham. Stir around gently. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
