4 eggs
1 cup gran. sugar
1 cup canola oil
1 1/2 cups liquid honey
3 cups all purpose flour
3 tsps. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup cold coffee or tea
Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil and honey and blend well. Combine dry ingred.and add alternately with liquid. Pour into 10 inch ungreased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min., reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake for 1 hour. When cake is done, cool for 15 minutes and invert and cool completely before removing from pan. ENJOY!
