3 c grated zucchini, drained
3 eggs
pinch salt
1/2 c condensed milk
1/2 c evaporated milk
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
3 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons melted margarine
3 tablespoons tapioca
1teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in mixer. Prepare 2 9-inch pie shells. I pre-bake the shells about 5 minutes before I put the pulp mixture in. Bake 45 to 50 minutes in 350º oven.
