Ingredients:  
1 1/4 c flour
3/4 c margarine, melted
1/2 c chopped pecans
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 12 oz Cool Whip
4 small pkg lemon instant pudding
5 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
1st layer:
Mix flour, margarine, pecans. Press into 9X13" pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350º. Do not overbake. Cool.
2nd layer:
Cream together cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.
3rd layer:
Whip together pudding and milk. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Chill. Cut into squares.
