2 lbs. ground beef- extra lean
1- 15oz. can tomato sauce
1- pkg. taco seasoning mix
1- can cream of mushroom soup
1- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
1- 4oz. can chopped chillies
12 regular size flour tortillas
2 to 3 cups cheddar cheese

Brown beef and drain. In sauce pan mix together beef, tomato sauce,taco seasoning, simmer for 15 minutes. (stir occasionally). Spoon mixture onto tortilla,( not to full) and roll up tight in a 9x13 pan horizontally. Continue this until pan on one side is full. Then put remaining rolled tortillas lengthwise in pan.

Mix sour cream, mushroom soup, green chillies (don't drain) together. pour over tortillas. Make sure to spread evenly to cover all tortillas with the sauce.

Add cheddar cheese over the top.

Bake at 350
30 minutes
