3 big handfuls of baby spinach

Blend together the apples, raspberries, blueberries and water for 30 seconds. Add the baby spinach and blend until smooth.

This is an extremely "heart healthy" recipe. Spinach and the berries all help to strengthen the heart. The recipe can be made with frozen berries and would be just as good as fresh if not better!
