Crust:
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c.nuts
Filling:
4 c. cut up fresh rhubarb
2 tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Topping:
1 c. whipped cream, sweetened to taste
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 box (4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, butter, and nuts. Press into 9"X9" greased pan. Bake at 300º for 15 minutes. To make filling, combine rhubarb, water, sugar, and cornstarch in saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes or until thickened. Spoon over crust. Sweeten whipped cream to taste and fold in marshmallows. Spread over cooled rhubarb. Mix pudding mix with milk and pour over whipped cream layer. Refrigerate.
