2 lb. mild uncooked sausage
1-1/2 c. Bisquick
16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (4 c. shredded)
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 t. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix all ingredients and form into 1" balls. Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet or until golden brown. For a firmer texture, add an extra 3 c. Bisquick and 2 c. more cheese to above ingredients.
