1 cup fresh Basil Leaves, packed
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Pine Nuts (Optional)
1 large minced Garlic Clove
Kosher salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine basil, parmesan cheese, garlic, and pine nuts in a food processor. Slowly add olive oil and pulse the food processor several times. Scrape sides with a spatula. Serve with pasta or bagettes, or on pizza.
