2 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped spinach
Small carton small curd cottage cheese
16 slices Deluxe American cheese
1/4 c. butter
3 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put spinach and cottage cheese in crock pot, cut cheese into squares and put in with spinach and cottage cheese. In a bowl, chop up the butter, beat the eggs, add salt and flour and add to crock pot. Start crock pot on high for about 45 minutes and then turn to low. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Leave in the crock pot for about 4 hours. Should be fairly thick and creamy.
