1 1/2 lb. steak - pounded
Unseasoned tenderizer
1 tbsp. butter
1 - 3oz. can sliced mushrooms. drained
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
4 baking potatoes, halved
8 carrots in large strips
8 small onions
1 envelope dry Beef-flavored Mushroom soup mix

Sprinkle steak with tenderizer. Prick with fork. Spread with butter and sprinkle on salt and pepper. Mix mushrooms, chopped onion, parsley and celery together and spread on steak. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Place in large shallow baking dish. Arrange vegetables around steak. Add 1 cup water to soup and pour over all. Cover. Bake 325 º 1 1/2 hours or until done. Cut into slices.
