2 lbs. lean stew meat, cubed
1 can peas, plus the juice (do not use frozen)
1/2 c. sliced carrots
2 medium onions, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 large raw potato, cubed
1 can tomato soup thinned with 1 bay leaf

Directions:
Mix well together. Cook in pan with tight lid in 275º oven 5 hours or longer. Do not brown meat or cook veggies before. Put in oven and forget it!
