1 lb. Pinto Beans
6 slices Chopped Thick Bacon
1 Bell Pepper Chopped
2 median Chopped Onions
2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
2 tbsp. Sugar
2 tbsp. Mild Chili Powder
1 Minced Jalapeno

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, sort and place beans in a large pot covered with water plus a couple of inches. Let soak over night , drain and cover with water again. In a skillet fry bacon and saute onions and green pepper until just tender. Combine all in the pot and simmer a couple of hours until tender, adding water if needed. Use potato masher to tighten the done beans..
