1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2/3 c. cooking oil
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. finely diced rhubarb
2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in order given. Divide dough and put into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake in 350º oven for 40 minutes.
