1 c. flour (all purpose)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1 egg
1 medium can fruit cocktail (drained)

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, sugar and baking soda. Mix sifted items, salt and egg in mixing bowl. Add 1 c. drained fruit cocktail.
Pour batter into ungreased 9" square pan. Mix brown sugar and nuts together. Sprinkle this over top before baking.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
