8 or 10 speckled trout fillets
2 sticks of butter
sliced onion
minced garlic
sliced lemons
all purpose seasoning

This is a quick & simple one..take 8 or 10 Filled speckled trout, depending on their size, season both sides with All Purpose seasoning, or a healthy portion of salt, red pepper, black pepper, & garlic salt..lay them down in a 13x9 pan, cut up 2 sticks of butter & spread out into the pan, add slices of Onion, add 2 table spoons of minced garlic, now cut lemons & squeeze the lemon juice across the entire pan of fish, cut more lemon wedges & drop into the pan, Cover with tin foil, heat oven to 350, & cook for about 1 hour or until the fish is flakey..
