2 (10 oz.) frozen creamed spinach
4 slices deli ham
4 eggs
1/2 c. shredded provolone cheese
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 450º. Make small cut in spinach packages and microwave at high 5-6 minutes, turning packages over once. Grease 8" square baking pan and place ham slices on bottom. Spread spinach over ham. Make indentations in spinach and break one egg into each. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Bake 16-19 minutes or until eggs are set. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top. Return to oven for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted
