1 loaf baked bread or round bread from supermarket deli bakery
1 lb hot bulk pork sausage
1 8oz cream cheese, softened
1 8oz sour cream
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 4.5 oz can green chilies
1 large bag Frito Scoops

Hollow out bread to make bowl. Brown sausage and drain.
Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, browned sausage, cheddar cheese, and green chilies. Spoon mixture into bread bowl and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serve Warm with chips
