Mexican Lasagne Recipe

2 lbs Hamburger
1 pack Fajita Seasoning
1 pack Taco Seasoning
1 large white onion
1 can of Rotell diced tomatoes w/ green chilies
1 pack of Large Tortillas
1 16oz bag of Chedder or Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
1 Squeezable Sour Cream - 8oz

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Hamburger
Add in Taco and Fajita Seasoning
Simmer and cook down but leave a little juice
Dice onion and add to hamburger
Drain Rotell and add to hamburger
Cook covered on medium heat for 10 minutes

You need a deep 9x13 glass dish.
Layers - Start with Tortillas - cover the entire bottom
and meat, then a nice layer of sour cream than cheese
then again tortillas and so forth
Should be 2 to 3 layers topping off with cheese

Bake at 300 for 15 minutes and serve
