2 lbs. ground sirloin
Egg
Oatmeal or bread crumbs
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Heinz 57 or barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix the meat well with the remaining ingredients, adjusting each item to your liking. The egg and oatmeal are added to bind the mixture. Put into loaf pan(s) and cook at least 45 minutes. When done, top off with sauce of your choice.
