1 lg. onion, diced
Oil
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. cooked tomatoes
1 green pepper, minced
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Saute onion and pepper and add meat and fry until mixture breaks apart. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 2 qt. dish; cover and bake for 1 hour, removing cover for last 15 minutes.
