2 eggs well beaten
1 cup sugar
1 cup raisins (blanch)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups flour
1 cup nuts (walnuts) break up a bit
3/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 can Comstock apples for filling or pie (rinse and drain)
1 Granny Smith Apple cut up

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Add apples. Grease and flour bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 50 or 60 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes exactly and then remove cake from bundt pan.
