2 1/2 lb. ground ham
2 lbs. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
Glaze
Ham Ball Glaze:
1-10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup
3/4 c. vinegar
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 T. yellow mustard.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground ham, ground pork, and ground beef. Add milk, eggs and graham cracker crumbs. Mix well. Make into balls and place in greased baking dish. Cover with glaze. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
Glaze:
Combine soup, vinegar and mustard in medium bowl. Stir using whisk until well blended. Add brown sugar and continue mixing until smooth.

This makes a lot. Can easily be made ahead and frozen. The vinegar and mustard glaze really gives these a zip.
