1 lb ground chicken
1 t cornstarch
2 t sherry or cooking wine
2 t water
1 (8 ounce) can bamboo shoots, minced
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, minced
ginger, onion powder, crushed red pepper, salt & pepper

Lettece "Cups"

Cooking Sauce:
3 T Hoisin Sauce
1 T Say Sauce
1 T Sherry or Cooking Wine
2 T Water
1 T Sesame Oil
1 T Sugar
2 T Cornstarch

Mix all ingredients for sauce together in a bowl & set aside. In a medium bowl combine ground chicken, cornstarch, sherry, water, soy sauce, salt & pepper. Stir in 1t of oil & let marinade for 15 mins. Cook chicken in a wok or larger frying pan. Once chicken is almost done add ginger, garlic, onion, bamboo shoot & water chestnuts, continue cooking until chicken is fully cooked. Add sauce to pan, cook until hot. Enjoy
