1 box Lasagna noodles cooked and drained
1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1 lb Italian sausage, browned and drained
1 box frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
16 oz ricotta cheese
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 lg pkg mozzarella cheese
2 tsp parsley flakes
2 eggs
1 large jar marinara sauce or 4 c home made

Directions:

mix ricotta, 1/4 c Parmesan, 1 handful mozzarella, parsley flakes, eggs, and spinach together, set aside.
In a large pan, preferably a deep 9x13, begin with light layer of marinara sauce, then layer of noodles, then 1/2 cheese mixture, then 1/2 mean mixture, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, top with marinara sauce, repeat, sprinkle top with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 mins. Remove foil and bake another 15 mins until cheese bubbly and beginning to brown.
