1/2 c warm water (110-115)
2 pkg active dry yeast
1 1/2 c lukewarm milk (scald then let cool to lukewarm)
1/2 c sugar
2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 c oleo
5-6 1/2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, dissolve yeast in water, add milk, sugar, salt, eggs, oleo, and half of flour. Mix with spoon until smooth. Add enough remaining flour to handle easily. Turn onto lightly floured surface, knead until smooth. ( 5 mins). Round up and place in greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover with cloth and let rice in warm place until double in bulk. Punch down, shape into rolls. Place in a greased 15x10 pan (will make 24 rolls). Let rice again. Bake at 400 for 12-15 mins.
