Trim Fat from Brisket
Stick w/fork and put tenderizer on

Place meat in shallow baking pan covered with heavy duty foil, turn sides up
Sprinkle with onion soup, gravy, mushrooms and Italian Dressing
Wrap loosely but close tightly

When done let sit for 15 min. covered. Remove gravy
When gravy is cooled skim off fat
Slice meat thin, can pour gravy back on. Rewrap & refrigerate until ready to serve or you can freeze

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I try and cut back on calories. I use beef broth instead of gravy, and lite Italian Dressing. This is a great company meal. Can make ahead of time
