1 qt. mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
1 pkg oreo cookies
1 tub cool whip

Directions:
Smash the oreos in a zip-lock bag with a rolling pin. Press into the bottom of a 9x9 baking dish. Spread ice cream over the cookies. Spread cool whip over the ice cream. Top with a few oreo crumbs. Freeze over night.
