3 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup oil
2 cups zucchini (shredded)
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp.salt
1 tsp soda
1 cup nutmeats
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until fluffy, Add sugar, vanilla, oil, and zucchini. Blend well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in pineapple, raisins and nuts. Bake in a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 325º until done.
