2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3/4/ cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups chocolate pieces
3 tbsp shortening

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine powdered sugar, crackers, pecans, peanut butter, and coconut. Blend until mixture is moistened. Shape into 1" balls. On low heat, melt chocolate with shortening. Spear balls with toothpicks and dip into chocolate to coat. Place on wax paper. Sit to chill. Store candies tightly covered between layers of wax paper in a cool place. Makes 4 dozen.
