2 cans Mexi corn
1 can Rotel
4 green onions, chopped
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Drain corn and Rotel. Combine corn, Rotel, onions, cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix well and chill for several hours before serving. Serve with chips or crackers

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I like to mix 1 can of regular Rotel and 1 can of hot Rotel for a zestier flavor. Use remaining Rotel in another recipe or double this one!
