Ingredients:  
1-2 lb cooked chicken cut into pieces or shredded
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce (red)
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn
2 c water
1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
4 soft tortilla's
garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Put everything except tortilla's in a large pot with lid, stir together, bring to a boil. Season soup to your taste. Cut or tear tortilla's into dumpling size pieces. Add the tortilla's to the boiling soup. Turn down heat to low, cover & simmer for 15-20 min. Enjoy

We crushed some hard tortilla's on top of our soup instead of crackers.
