Cake:
1 box yellow butter cake mix
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
11 oz. can mandarin oranges

Icing:
3 oz. box instant lemon pudding
8 oz. carton Cool Whip
Large crushed pineapple (Do not drain)

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Mix all ingredients together for 3 minutes. Bake in 2 - 9-inch cake pans at 325º for 20 to 25 minutes.

Icing: Combine dry pudding and pineapple in bowl, mix until thick; fold in Cool Whip and ice cake.
