2 lbs Ground Beef
2 Eggs, Beaten
¾ C Bread Crumbs
1 can Rotel
3 cloves garlic
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp pepper
4 Slices Ham
6 Slices Mozarella Cheese
1 C Ragu

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, eggs, Rotel, bread crumbs, garlic, salt, & pepper – mix well.

On large piece of wax paper, flatten mixture into rectangle. Arrange ham on top. Place slices of cheese over ham. Carefully roll up and seal edges. Place seam-side down. Pour Ragu on top.

Bake for 1 hour 15 min at 350.

Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
