2 lbs Ground Beef
2 Eggs, Beaten
C Bread Crumbs
1 can Rotel
3 cloves garlic
tsp Salt
tsp pepper
4 Slices Ham
6 Slices Mozarella Cheese
1 C Ragu

Combine ground beef, eggs, Rotel, bread crumbs, garlic, salt, & pepper mix well.

On large piece of wax paper, flatten mixture into rectangle. Arrange ham on top. Place slices of cheese over ham. Carefully roll up and seal edges. Place seam-side down. Pour Ragu on top.

Bake for 1 hour 15 min at 350.

Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
