2-3 lbs chicken pieces of choice(i often use thighs)
2 chicken bullion cubes
1 box chicken broth
bisquick to make biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
boil chicken until tender, remove from pot saving cooking liquid, cool, remove from bone and tear into pieces. add 2 bullion cubes to 4 cups hot water and add to pot. add 1 box chicken broth to pot (purpose is to make sure you have plenty of broth to cook dumplins) skim any grease off top.
mix biscuits according to bisquick box instructions (i often double recipe to ensure enough). pinch off small piece of dough (size of a marble) and drop in boiling stock. stir often and when all dumplins have been dropped, let simmer about 10 mins then add chicken back, serve hot with black pepper

Aiden's favorite meal. He will eat 2 bowls at a time and we don't have to worry about leftovers, he will eat them every day until they are gone.
