1 egg white
1 tsp salt
4 Cups of pecans
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg white and 1 tsp. salt, beat with fork. Add 4 cups of pecans and toss lightly until nuts are coated. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle on nuts, toss well. Bake on cookie sheets sprayed with Pam in a 225º oven.
