1 pkg white cake mix
1 pkg instant sugar-free pistachio pudding
1 (8 oz) carton non-fat yogurt
3 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup diet 7-Up©

Frosting:
1 pkg instant sugar-free pistachio pudding
2 cups Cool Whip©
1 1/2 up skim milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, pudding, yogurt, egg whites, and vanilla. Beat 1 minute at low speed. Gradually beat in the 7-Up©. Spray a 9x13" pan with non-stick spray. Pour batter into pan and bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool cake.
Frosting:
Mix the milk and pudding on low speed for 2 minutes. Fold in the Cool Whip©. Frost cooled cake and refrigerate until serving.
