1/2 gallon milk
pint whipping cream
3 cups sugar
4 junket tablets
4 eggs
Vanilla

*can add fruit if desired.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk and whipping cream; heat until lukewarm. Beat sugar and eggs together; mix with milk and stir until smooth. Pour in freezer; add junket tablets, fruit and vanilla. Let mixture set until thick and freeze.

If adding fruit, allow for less milk.
