1 qt chopped cucumbers
1 qt chopped onions
6 sweet green peppers, chopped (aka mangoes)
1 sweet red peppers, chopped (aka mangoes)
1 qt small pickling onions
1 qt small cucumbers, cut into small pieces
1 head cauliflower, cut into small pieces
3/4 cup salt

8 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
2 qts vinegar
1 tbsp mustard seed
2 1/4 tsp celery seed
1 tbsp tummeric
2/3 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetables, sprinkle with 3/4 cup salt. Cover with cold water. Let stand overnight. Drain.
To make sauce - Combine sugar and vinegar. Mix spices and thicken with flour. Moisten with vinegar solution. Return to sauce. Heat to boiling. Stir constantly for a smooth sauce. Cook for 15 to 30 minutes.
Add vegetables. Ladle into hot sterilized jars. Seal at once. Process in boiling bath 15 minutes.
