Directions:
Mix chopped parsley, mint, onions, seasonings, oil and lemon. Add chick peas. Take each leaf and put 1 tbsp filling. Begin to roll folding over edges into cigar shape. Squeeze. Begin to place into saucepan arranging into rows and layers. When all the leaves are rolled put water in (approximately 2½ cups), just barely to reach top of leaves. When it boils put a plate on top to keep leaves from floating. Sprinkle 1 tsp of salt, 2 tbsp of lemon juice and 2 tbsp of oil on top. Cook on low heat about 25 minutes covered being sure liquid does not completely evaporate or leaves will scorch.
